Leads do NOT need to have an AA in ECE. By 2026 the state of Washington will require this for all staff but as of right now we have some leads with degrees and some without.

Tomorrow’s Hope serves children from 4 weeks old up to 13 years old. Our classes include Infant, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten (including Head Start and ECEAP), and School Age.
